Here’s the first promotional video for my Baby Sleep Tips site. It’s the first in a series of teasers that feed you one tip at a time from the web site. The topic for this video is what you do during the day, can affect how your baby sleeps at night. The example I give is that drinking caffeine can affect your baby and keep them awake if you are breastfeeding. Babies are more susceptible to caffeine than adults. I have read that the caffeine in a large coffee, can affect a newborn for more than 80 hours through breast milk!
