I’m a washed up Voice Actor. I’ll let you figure out what that means. I specialize in Sincere<\/span> – Direct<\/span> – Real Person<\/span><\/strong> voices. <\/span><\/p>\n

Inflection<\/strong><\/span>\u00a0should\u00a0not simply<\/strong><\/em><\/span>\u00a0be an effect to cut through the noise and sound more interesting. I\u00a0use it to\u00a0create\u00a0subtle<\/strong><\/span> emotion<\/strong><\/span> which connects the listener to your message.\u00a0 <\/span><\/p>\n

So what if you have a project that needs to sound real and authentic<\/span>?<\/span><\/p>\n

The status quo in voice over has been to cut through the noise<\/strong><\/em><\/span> of our media overloaded world by making the voices bigger than life<\/strong><\/em><\/span> to make it sound more slick <\/strong><\/em><\/span>and interesting – at the expense <\/span><\/strong><\/em>of making it sound real<\/strong><\/em><\/span>. <\/span><\/p>\n

In the hands of top notch voice talent it works wonderfully for cartoons and copy that aspires to create a pretend, funny, or over the top feel. <\/span><\/p>\n

However,\u00a0inflection for the sake of inflection<\/em> – is now so common – your audience filters it out<\/strong><\/span> as part of the noise. When they emotionally sense it’s not real –\u00a0it becomes just another pitch <\/strong><\/em><\/span>to them.<\/span><\/p>\n

I\u00a0say, subtract the fluff <\/strong><\/em><\/span>and make it emotional <\/strong><\/em><\/span>in a straight forward – direct – simple – meaningful way. <\/span><\/p>\n

Make it real<\/strong><\/em>.<\/span> It’s easier said than done.
\n<\/span><\/p>\n

My target is pretty simple. 1) to help you connect to your audience<\/strong><\/span> using emotion<\/em>, 2) to be sincere <\/strong>and<\/span><\/span>\u00a0direct<\/strong><\/span> with the listener.<\/span><\/p>\n
