You can <em><strong>warm them up<\/strong><\/em> before putting your baby in the bed by placing a warm water bottle in the bed on the sheets. Also, try flannel sheets.\u00a0 <\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 22px;\">Important: You should <em><strong>not<\/strong> <\/em>leave the <em><strong>water bottle<\/strong><\/em> in the crib with your baby! Make sure to <em><strong>remove it<\/strong><\/em> before starting your bedtime routine with your baby.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 22px;\">If your baby is under 1 year old&#8230;<\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 22px;\"><em><strong>Don&#8217;t use loose blankets<\/strong><\/em> because loose blankets, quilts, and comforters have been associated with Sudden Infant death Syndrome (SIDS).<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 22px;\">A comfortable temperature helps your baby feel more <em><strong>secure<\/strong><\/em> and <em><strong>sleep more easily<\/strong><\/em>.\u00a0<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 22px;\">Consider wrapping your baby in a <em><strong>swaddling blanket<\/strong><\/em> (very snug) or a <em><strong>sleep sack<\/strong><\/em>.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 22px;\">The\u00a0\u00a0Halo SleepSack is one of the most highly rated I&#8217;ve found. They come in microfleece and 100% cotton.\u00a0 They&#8217;ve been proven safe and can provide additional warmth. <\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 22px;\">Keep in mind that cotton will breath more than microfleece.
